Jason Fortier, P.Eng.

With a strong background in protection and control (P&C), power system studies, and automation, Jason has managed a variety of projects. Over the years, Jason has gained extensive experience in designing and implementing P&C systems, performing power system studies, and integrating automation solutions. In addition to technical work, Jason supports a team of engineers and technologists, sharing knowledge and experience to help projects run smoothly.


Selenna Leggett, P.Eng.

Selenna graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Lakehead University in 2021 after completing the Electrical Engineering Technology program at Northern College in Timmins. After university, she joined the 3i0 team, gaining experience in automation, PLC programming, system modeling, and the design, testing, and commissioning of protection and control systems.


Patrick Charlebois

As a skilled technologist, Patrick brings a diverse range of expertise to the team, including design, programming, field work, and panel fabrication. He has hands-on experience developing and implementing electrical and automation systems, and troubleshooting complex issues in the field. His ability to bridge the gap between design and practical implementation makes him a valuable asset in delivering reliable and efficient solutions.


Adam Leacock

Adam joined the 3i0 team with invaluable field experience in PLC programming, automation, HMI/SCADA design, and panel fabrication. Since joining the team, he has gained experience in designing and testing P&C systems. His varied experience makes him an asset in troubleshooting problems in the field and contributes to the depth of the 3i0 Inc team.


Don Elliott, P.Eng.

Don has enjoyed a career focused on power systems and protection and control. Trained in Ontario Hydro’s P&C division and experienced in private industry across engineering and management roles, he values the balance between established standards and ongoing advancements.
